Privacy policy
Last updated 7 November 2026
This policy covers the strat1.co.uk website and its launch sign-up. A full policy for the STRAT1 app will be published here before the app launches.
Who we are
STRAT1 is made by Stephen Allen-Harris in the United Kingdom, who is responsible for your information. You can contact us at hello@strat1.co.uk.
What we collect
If you sign up for launch updates, we store your email address and the date you signed up. That's all. There are no accounts, and we don't ask for your name.
Why we collect it
To email you when STRAT1 launches on Google Play, and occasionally about major updates. We rely on your consent, which you give by signing up. We will never sell your email address or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it's kept and who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and the database the sign-up list is stored in. Like any web host, it also handles technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
- When we send the launch email, we may use an email-sending service. We'll name it here before it receives the list.
These providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts are hosted on the site itself, so loading a page doesn't send your details to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just email hello@strat1.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
